Kareena Kapoor has shot for her first fashion shoot post her marriage and that too with none other than the fashion bible, Vogue. The new begum brings forth her classy side as she gets haute in red and black.
From a movie star to a begum — Kareena Kapoor’s life is a real-life fairytale, and Vogue has just tried to show her “charmed life” in this pictorial feature. Bebo is shot in the serene and picturesque Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad by the fashion photographer Abhay Singh. The actress feels that she is styled very differently for the mag shoot as it is elegant yet sexy. Anaita Shroff Adajania is behind her sexy regal look in red and black.
While the cover in indeed one of the best for Vogue lately, getting stunning Kareena Kapoor to flaunt her silken pins has further glammed up the glossy. The actress adorns the cover clad in a romantic tulle gown by Christian Dior, and for the rest of the photoshoot she is seen wearing dresses by well-known designers like Lanvin and Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
India’s top actress also talks about her favourite designer (guess who) and why a little S&M can be a classy thing. She adores designer Alexander McQueen, her favourite nowadays; and admires sister Karisma Kapoor’s style sense, and even thinks that Karisma has a better body than hers. Yes, that’s true! Kareena even reveals how her mother never allowed her a designer outfit when she was young and asked her to earn a living first.
